Copy Design mapping not showing display name when "mapped to "

Hi All,

I have an issue with the copy design function.

I have a UDP called "Author" that is "mapped to <User>" when copying a design. This to ensure that the person performing the copy becomes the author of the copied file(s).

When using the available mapping the result display the username instead of the display name. For example, if the user is logged in with their Autodesk ID it will display their login e-mail address instead of their display name. This is the same for a vault account or windows login.

I am unsure if this is intended behavior or if this is a bug. Regardless, is there a way to correctly map the display name to a UDP using copy design?

You need to use 2024.1 Update or higher to use the Display name.
