You could also try re-downloading the appropriate packages from your&amp;nbsp;&lt;A href="http://manage.autodesk.com" target="_blank"&gt;Autodesk Account&lt;/A&gt;.       <title>Error 1722 installing Autodesk Vault Basic 2019 Client</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Hello!&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I'm having a problem installing Autodesk Vault Basic 2019 Client:&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Operating system: Windows 7 SP1 64 bit (Spanish)&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Autodesk Vault Basic 2019 Client (Spanish)&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;When it is over the end of the installation an error message appears:&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;&lt;EM&gt;Error 1722. There is a problem with this Windows Installer package. &lt;/EM&gt;&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;&lt;EM&gt;A program run as part of the setup did not finish as expected. &lt;/EM&gt;&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;&lt;EM&gt;Contact your support personnel or package vendor&lt;/EM&gt;&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;(I attached a message capture. I have translated the message since the installer is in Spanish).&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;When I accept the error message, the installer makes a roll back, which uninstalls Autodesk Design Review. &lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Then, when reviewing, the client is installed, but it appears in English, the Spanish language is not installed.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I already tried to do the installation in different ways: with remote and local files.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I also uninstalled the Visual C ++ packages to let them install again, but the error persists.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Also, I used the same installation files to do the installation in 4 more machines and there were no problems.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I attach the log files.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Can someone please help me with any suggestions about this issue?&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Regards,&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://forums.autodesk.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/6063219"&gt;@michael.battcock&lt;/a&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thank you for your answer.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Sorry for not having clarified it in my first message ...&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;The first time I tried to install, I did it from a deployment I had created on the server.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Then, using the uninstall tool, I uninstalled everything.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Afterwards, I tried to install again using the decompressed files that I had on the server, without using the deployment.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Then, I went back to uninstall it and I copied locally the compressed installation package that I had downloaded (browser download), I unzipped it and tried to install it again from there.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;In all these attempts the result was the same.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;PC's hardware is not exactly the same, although they are quite similar. &lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;The additional software environment is quite different.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;In all installation attempts the antivirus software was disabled.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I always did it with an user with local administrator privileges of the computer. &lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I did not try to runas administrator.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Tomorrow, I will re-download a package from the Autodesk Account and I will try to do these two things.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Then I will update the information here.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Regards,&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;According to the log, the error had happened while the installer was trying to register&amp;nbsp;C:\Program Files\Autodesk\Vault Basic 2019\Explorer\x32\DWFPreviewHandler.dll.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;So,&amp;nbsp;try uninstalling ADR and re-installing vault client using "Run as Administrator" option.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
