    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://forums.autodesk.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/56579"&gt;@warrentdo&lt;/a&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Vault Basic does not need a license.&lt;/SPAN&gt; &lt;SPAN&gt;You just have to have some other licensed Autodesk product on the machine where you install the Vault client.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;The installer can be downloaded from &lt;A href="https://manage.autodesk.com" target="_blank"&gt;Manage Autodesk&lt;/A&gt; )logging in with your user name and password) as a complement to some of the compatible applications (Inventor, for example).&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;There you will find the Vault Basic Server and Vault Basic Client installers.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Regards,&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
