Unable to view preview in Vault

Good Morning

I am having a problem with viewing my preview images in Vault. The thumbnail shows up but when you select the file the following message comes up.

The Vault visualisation files are being published where they have always been published. I have checked the settings and everything seems to be the same as before. I have tried doing a batch update of the files but just made it worse. Files I could see are no longer visible. This is happening on all our computers and seems to be getting worse. We need access to the previews as our purchasing department uses Vault to view and print files. They cannot open the views in an external viewer or update the images from their computers as they don't have access to Inventor.

Few questions.

- Which version of vault and Inventor and what is the update level on them?

- Was it working previously? if yes what was changed in the system recently?

- Do you see a DWF (You can view by turning on "Show Hidden Files")? If yes, are you able to download and view them in ADR (Design Review)

- Also have you tried repair/reinstall of the Vault Client?

Hi Senthil
We are using Vault and Inventor 2018 and both are at 2018.3 Update.
Yes it worked previously and as far as I'm aware no changes have been made.
Yes I can see DWF files and I can download and View in Design Review.
They are coming in on Friday to run a Vault Update.
