Vault Link opens Vault, but only to the Project Explorer, not to the actual File

When I provide some users a Vault link to a file, they are able to open it with Vault, but it only opens to the Project Explorer Level, not to the location of the file provided in the link. This is not every user, only some. I am not able to replicate the issue on my workstation, and I have already ruled out Windows Versions and current Vault Professional installed. Any ideas?

Can you please let us know which Vault version are you on ?

Is Vault client running and in minimized state when you try to open link to the file ?

We are using Vault Professional 2019-Builde 24.2.27.0
We have the same experience with Vault maximized or minimized, but in both cases it is already running. I also tried to close all instances of Vault, selecting the link, to see if it would then go to the file, but it still stops at the Project Explorer level.

Do you have a replicated environment? If so, try creating the link from another server location by logging into that server and see if you get the same result.

Yes, we have three replication servers, I have already tried that as well.
