When the user who made the drawing uploaded it to vault, the drawing got a padlock beside it. Due to this they are not able to re-check it back out. However, other users do not see this padlock on their screen and are able to check the drawing out?? The drawing is in the "work in progress" state so we know that isn't the issue.
