1. 수명주기 그룹A에 대해 파일의 상태가 '릴리즈됨' 일때만 보기가 가능하게 설정 (읽기, 다운로드에 허용)

- 상태가 작업진행 중, 검토용, 사용되지 않음일 경우 그룹A의 인원이 보기를 사용할수 없게하기 위함

2. vault professional 2025 에서 dwf 시각화 파일을 뷰 업데이트로 생성

- 생성 된 DWF의 파일의 상대가 '작업 진행 중' 으로 생성됨

3. 원본 파일의 상태가 '작업 진행 중' 일 때는 그룹A의 사용자 thin client에서 나타나지 않음을 확인

4. 원본 파일의 상태를 '릴리즈 됨' 으로 변경 시 그룹A의 사용자계정으로 thin client에서 파일이 나타남

5. 해당 파일의 뷰 보기를 클릭하면 404 오류 발생

뷰 업데이트로 생성 된 시각화 파일인 DWF 파일의 상태가 '작업 진행 중' 으로 되어있어 뷰보기가 제한됨이 의심됨

dwf 파일의 상세정보에서 보안 재 지정으로 '작업 진행 중' 일 때 거부된 읽기와 다운로드를 허용으로 변경 시 정상적으로

그룹A의 사용자 thin client에서 뷰 보기가 가능함

생성 된 시각화 DWF파일의 상태를 원본과 동일하게 따라가게 적용하거나, DWF파일의 상태를 미지정 공란으로 비워두는 방법이 있을까요?

1. Enable viewing only when the status of the file is 'released' for Lifecycle Group A (allowed to read, download)

- To prevent view from being available to Group A personnel if the status is in progress, for review, or unused

2. Create dwf visualization file as view update in default professional 2025

- The counterpart of the generated DWF's file is created as 'Work in Progress'

3. Verify that user thin client in group A does not appear when the status of the source file is 'Work in Progress'

4. If you change the status of the source file to 'Released', the file appears in the thin client as a user account in Group A

5. 404 error occurs when you click the view view for the file

Suspected view view restricted because the status of DWF file, a visualization file created by view update, is 'Work in Progress'

If you change a rejected read and download to Allow when 'working in progress' from details in the dwf file to 're-designating security'

View view is available from user thin client in group A

Is there a way to apply the state of the generated visualization DWF file to follow the original, or to leave the state of the DWF file blank as unspecified?

autodesk로 부터 직접 원격지원을 받아 문제는 해결 되었습니다.

해당 증상의 원인은 "엔지니어링" 범주의 규칙에 의해서 발생된 것으로 확인 되었습니다.

범주 내 "기본값"에 대한 규칙이 있는데, 이 기본값의 범주 지정에 기본 범주가 아닌

엔지니어링 범주로 지정되어있어 DWF 파일에서 문제가 발생한것으로 확인되었습니다.

"기본값" 의 범주 지정을 "엔지니어링"에서 "기본"으로 변경하여 기본 범주에 대한 수명주기 동작을 결재 프로세스에서

<없음> 으로 변경하니 vault thin client에서 모델링에 대한 시각화가 정상적으로 나타났습니다.

This issue has been resolved with remote support directly from Autodesk.

The cause of this symptom has been identified as being caused by the rules in the "Engineering" category.

There is a rule for "default" within the category, which is not the default category in the category assignment for this default

As it is designated as an engineering category, it has been confirmed that there has been a problem with the DWF file.

Change the category assignment of "Default" from "Engineering" to "Default" so that the payment process can perform the life cycle behavior of the default category

When changed to <none>, visualization of the modeling appeared normally in defective thin clients.
