Vault 2021.1.1 - Issues with Item BOM

I've just installed the 2021.1 & 2021.1.1 Updates, and I have a problem with the Multi-level BOM view

In 2021.0, there were (+) symbols to expand the tree on every level as shown here

Now I can only expand a single level

The only thing I can find online is this - https://knowledge.autodesk.com/support/vault-products/learn-explore/caas/sfdcarticles/sfdcarticles/When-searching-in-the-search-panel-of-a-BOM-the-expand-sign-is-missing-on-search-results-after-applying-2021-1-update.html?st=expand%20bom - which only mentions the issue when searching, but otherwise is identical

Am I missing something? Surely this functionality cannot be "as designed"?

Any help or insight would be appreciated

Is your server the same patch level as your client?

I've just tested on my machine and with matching updates on server & client, it seems to be working

I can't get access to the customer server as they have made some changes to their Remote Access & need to make some changes - as soon as I can I'll check their server & get back to you

I've just checked on the customer server, and they had Update 2021.0.1

I upgraded the server to 2021.1.1 &so we had matching updates on server & client, and now it seems to be working
