Vault Pro 2022.3 - DWG preview will not show in Thin Client

I've just done an upgrade and the previews for PDFs show fine in the Thin Client, but not for DWGs. The preview shows for the DWGs from the Thick Client. In the Thin Client it loads with the blue circle, but the screen never turns the white color that it turns when it works. After 20 seconds an orange bar pops up saying "Your request is still being processed. Some models take longer to open."

Then it shows a spilled coffee cup and says, "Viewer failed to load the model. Your request timed out. The Server might be busy. You can refresh now or tray again later."

I tried regenerating the visualization from the thick client, and I can see it in the thick client, but it never loads in the Thin Client.

is your ADMS server a HyperV ? if so, make sure that it has at least 2 CPU's

Thank you @Patrick.De.Neef ! Turns out IT thought there were more CPUs in the VM, but it was only 1. Making that adjustment everything is working.
