&lt;P&gt;It doesn't matter which of these you decide to do first as long as you end up in the supported 2023 environment.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;"CU" stands for Cumulative Update, which means that all previous updates are in the current update.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;It is not necessary to install the middle updates. Just install CU13.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
