Job Processor running update wrong value description properties

Hi Everyone !!
We have an issue that Job Processor running apply wrong value properties of version after the file released. it show up randomly from thousand file in Vault. we have try to change map properties "description" from bi-direction (file to vault) to one-direction (file to vault). it reduce the issue, but the issue still randomly show up.
We compare description properties vs another properties with same map properties. and just in description properties Job Processor update wrong value.
We have update patch in every client and server on the same build, but this issue still show up.

Could you suggestion to us how to solve it ? We hope it never show up in the future.

But, we still curious about it.

On existing workflow, we create 3D Model on project explorer and assign/update item , than process the life cycle until Released on project explorer environment.

As i know, the synchronization within the 3D model and Item Master just can be done by manual “Assign/Update item”.
Do you have any suggestion, when the 3D model vs Item Master are not the same value, the client can’t change the state to the next state.

Is there any action like state transition that we can check the list to replace manual handling (Assign/Update item) ?
