Vault Reporting RDLC - List of where used

Is it possible to do a saved search for a specific part and list out the where used in a report. I haven't found on of the report templates to do this and I'm wondering if I need to use the Vault API in with the Visual Studio Reporting to make that happen. If anyone has dealt with that before or knows a good direction I'd appreciate it.

User would create a saved search with search criteria and run the report from the saved search.

I am wondering that the default Excel Export of Where Used or any view in Vault could resolve your requirement:
