Thin Client "Show released files only"

Using Thin Client with Vault Professional 2024, when I turn on "Show released files only" in setting, it hides some of the unrelease files, but not all of them. The unreleased files that remain unhidden display a note "Not the latest version" next to the title when you click on the file. How come it's not consistent? This could become problematic in the shop if they're not paying attention and working from an old of a drawing that's currently undergoing revisions.

Hi,
The "unreleased file" are shown by shop floor users because :
- that files were released at least once.
- and that files, on the "not released" state (for example on the "work on progress" or "For review" state) are visible by shop floor users.
For example, if the file is on "For review" state, the Thin client will display the latest released files with a "warning message that the file is not the latest one"

If you want to hide it, you should manage the permission of that files the "not released" states. For example the files on the "work on progress" or "For review" state should be not visible for the shop floor users (by removing the users\group from that states).
