Propertie defoult value List

Hi,

Is possible get list of default values of Vault properties? Is possible add or remove default values from this list ?

Using C# or Vb.net.

The PropDef object has the default value information. PropertyService.GetPropertyDefinitionsByEntityClassId is the function to use to read the objects. PropertyService.UpdatePropertyDefinition can be used to change the default value.

In Vault client is possible add list of default Values. Then you can select the value from the existing list. Is possibility get this list using c#. I know Consulting have done some tool to add the lists and synchronize them if it is necessary.

It sounds like you are talking about pick lists, which is different than the default value.

You can get the list of values off of the PropDefInfo object, which is a superset of a PropDef. GetPropertyDefinitionInfosByEntityClassId and UpdatePropertyDefinitionInfo are the functions to use for reading and writing the list of values.
