Hi hod_mech, is this an Upchain question or an AutoCAD question? If you're experiencing issues, you should submit a support ticket. Thanks!

We have 125 subscriptions and are currently using 70 of them in the lab. However, after logging into 20 systems, a "Device limit reached" dialog box appears. Despite having more than 100 subscriptions available, this issue persists. I have noticed that the problem arises particularly when we change the operating system and reinstall AutoCAD. Please address this issue as soon as possible.
