Problem with payloads in "configure connection"

After following the step-by-step tutorials, I got stuck in the "configure connections" section because the payloads don't appear like in the video and I can't continue. I kindly ask for some advice to solve this problem as soon as possible. Thank you so much.

Couple questions

How are you sending the data to Tandem?
After the data is sent, are you seeing any errors?
Did you refresh Tandem after the data was sent to Tandem?
