Same host, same user, multiple versions running

So given a new subscription to AEC collection, can a given user assigned to this product run multiple versions of applications in the collection, provided he/she is on the same host?

For example, can a user open AutoCAD 2020, Civil 3D 2019 and Civil 3D 2017 all at once with no issues? Currently with network licensing this is possible and it only consumes one license.

Great @Mark.Lancaster - now will someone put all that in plain American English for us?

I did not find the answer to my question there. @Autodesk needs to provide simple real-world examples for all of the possible scenarios, so that their thousands of customers are not left guessing.

Yeah I was just pointing out there was a discussion already (and waiting for an answer too)..

I hear one thing from a person at Autodesk and then something 180 deg from it (conflict with what I know). No clue what's correct or allowed at this point

That wasn't a complaint directed at you @Mark.Lancaster - just an observation.

Not sure why simple graphical examples were not created by the marketing team before this was even announced.

@Mark.Lancaster @amanda.k - yes, as clear as mud. So let's review.

You can have multiple products with the Collection open, including multiple versions of the same product, as long as you are not actively interacting with them at the same time (which would be impossible since you’re only one person). Source

Why even mention the "as long as" part, if the "as long as" scenario is "impossible"? Why not just simply say, "Yes, when the licensed product is a collection, a single user can have multiple versions of multiple products within that collection installed and in use, on the same host, simultaneously, with no violation of license"
