I receive this message when changing from Account type to Named User Account, when I sign in?

That would mean the user has not been assigned to the license:

Or you need to reset license activation information:

Every software version works fine:

Autocad Mech.

vault pro.

But inventor does not!

I don't have the files your are refering to.

We are switching from Network lic. To Named user Lic.

Well, are the users assigned to an Inventor license?

I don't have the files your are refering to.

I haven't referred to any files, I linked an article on how to change license type in a variety of situations. Please read the relevant section for the version you are using.
