Educational acces not able to renew - Max verification attempts

Hello, I am having the same problem. I have tried to renew several weeks ago and I received the following message "Unfortunately the maximum number of verification attempts was reached and we were unable to confirm your eligibility for educational access to Autodesk products. Please contact SheerID (our identity verification provider) if you need to try again". I have tried to renew it again yesterday but I got the same message.

I have the same problem, I contacted SheerID, they told me they verified my authenticity as a student was true, but Autodesk did not send me the email that they mentioned to me, I contacted SheerID again and they told me that they could not help me with the renewal of my student license, they told me to contact autodesk support directly. @LeoWarrenADSK

I have the exact problem. I contacted Sheer ID as well and the verification was successful with them. But I didn't recieve any message from Autodesk and still can't renew my student licence. I can't reach out to Autodesk Support. Please help me to solve this problem. @LeoWarrenADSK

Hi, I have the same issue. I got in touch with Sheer ID and they have confirmed the Documentation provided and said to contact Autodesk?

Hello,

I uploaded my documents which is a "School -issued confirmation letter", since 19th March 2025. This was produced using the template provided by autodesk. I had previously uploaded my school issued ID card. However, I am not sure why my eligibility for educator license failed to be confirmed. This license is for the use of Autodesk Construction Cloud Software.

I should also add that I am currently an Educator (Principal Academic Instructor) in a Polytechnic and also on study leave for PHD studies in Germany. So I have another autodesk student account. Please advise.
