I am trying to utilize the AutoCAD Education software download. After many failed attempts, I was finally able to get a person on AVA and was told my account needed verification through SheerID. I cannot find anything showing how to even begin this process. How do I get verified???

Thanks for responding. None of those links help. Being that the requirement for verification was implemented after I already created an account, there is no verify button anywhere in my account.

I think you have a issue for account. You should need contact with Education team support.

Have you reached out to SheerID? This is a 3rd party entity that manages the verification process.

Contact them via customerservice@sheerID.com.

Hello, did you ever get a solution to this issue? I am trying to get verified to renew my student access but SheerID does not seem to have a button for me to click to start the process.
