It is asking me for this info, but when i fill out everyhthing and i press continue, the same message appears.

Expected results
To be able to download autocad 2023 and civil 3d

Actual results
Do not have acces to autodesk, does not let me fill out the school info

Hi @iyari_diaz5133,

Can you make sure the address of your institution matches what you have filled you have filled out?

It's also entirely possible you may need to go for the university's central address as opposed to your department's address.

I am getting the same message but when I fill out my school address the page won't let me scroll and I am stuck and cannot return to download Maya 2024. How do I fix this?
