Unable to change Educational Institute after filling wrong information- The document has expired or was issued too far in the past

Hello, I think I've also typed incorrect value for Educational Institution. Or Maybe I don't understand what the date field mean. Is it when I am supposed to graduate or what? Because in that field I've added 5 years from my enrollment year. So after submitting my data (altogether with Student ID where it shows all my data) I've received this answer on mail: The document has expired or was issued too far in the past

Could you navigate me how to verify myself correctly?

Welcome to the Autodesk Community!

A Document Expired error means the document does not contain a date from the current academic year. I'd recommend submitting newer documentation, we have templates available for both students and faculty that can be filled out for this.
