How to change my university?

Help! I've sent several messages and created tickets and have not been able to get this resolved. I am a graduate student at a new institution. I need to renew my student access ASAP. I am traveling abroad and have to have my software set up immediately. Can someone help me expedite this? There's not even a "banner" that prompts me to renew. I have also tried creating a new account with my new .edu address and that did not work either.
