Edu. access expired and cannot renew access

My educational access expired on 21.09.2024 and I cannot renew or restart it. Every time I try to get a product with student license I get this message on page "Unfortunately the maximum number of verification attempts was reached and we were unable to confirm your eligibility for educational access to Autodesk products. Please contact support if you need to try again." I tried the steps in account management page but it doesn't work
