How can I get the serial number and product key for Autocad 2025?

Hi @direcao_almada,

Almost all Education Licenses now use your Autodesk Account to activate, so you should be able to sign in on the 'Let's get started page' when starting any product for the first time.

Welcome to the Autodesk Community!

Autodesk software, in most cases, now uses your Autodesk Account to activate rather than a serial number. I've just checked your account and I can see that your verification is pending. If you don't hear back within a couple of days, please feel free to reach out, and I'll reset your verification status.

I renewed student access

I renewed my student access, but when I log into Autocad it says that my license has expired...
When I look on the Autodesk website I don't really have student access, and when I try to renew it says that I already have an active license
