Renewal option doesn't exist

Steps to reproduce
I have 19 more days to use my free educational software. Autodesk confirmed my eligibility, but the warning sign still exists when I start Civil 3D. I have an option to renew my license, but when I click, and it takes me to get product page, the personal banner just doesn't appear, as described in all the steps provided by Autodesk official site and community.

Expected results
To be able to renew my access (the banner should appear when I sign in)

Actual results
Renewal banner just doesn't appear. I have no option to renew my license.

Hi @mladenlive,

I've reset your verification. Can you try refreshing the page and seeing if the reset option appears in the banner? If it does not, can you try loading the webpage using an incognito window of your web browser?

Hello Leo, thank You for fast reply. Sadly, this hasn't solved my problem. I still can't get that banner option, as can be seen in pictures I am sending with this reply. If something could be done about it, or an operable solution could be provided, it would mean a world to me. Thank you again for the effort, and hopefully we can get to the bottom of this issue.
