Steps to reproduce
Please help, I entered my data to receive the student version of Fusion 360 from the documents I entered my student card, but I received an email:

Thanks for submitting your documentation. Unfortunately, we’ve been unable to confirm your eligibility for educational access to Autodesk products. During the review process we found: MISSING_INFORMATION_ORGANIZATION_NAME
You can try again by uploading another document. Examples of accepted documents include a school transcript, school ID (photo not required), or authorization letter.

Hi @mishka_hot,

Please ensure that you documentation includes the following:

Full name (must match name as shown in school registration)
Full name of the educational institution
A date within the current school term

From the error message provided, it appears there isn't a clear institution name on your ID. I would recommend using a status letter from your instititution instead. Here are templates of such a letter for students and faculty.

Good evening. I have sent a photo of my student card clearly showing the number and full name of my educational institution and my surname and first name. It also says when I received it (2021) and when it will expire (2025). It is also indicated that my form of education is full-time, ticket number, and my photo at the time of issue. I am sure that the information about the educational institution and my name completely match the information I provided when submitting the application. (It should also be noted that this ticket is used for free student travel in public transport and not for other purposes)
