I have already been in contact trice for getting support on this, but they kick me out when they realize standard answers do not help here.<BR /><BR />I have followed all the links and everything they sent me but although my university papers are still valid i get no chance to upload them.<BR /><BR />If i follow the links in the software where it says: renew your license i get to a page where i need to put in my login data.
