    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello!&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Im trying to renew my license as the application says that it expires in two days. I have already been in contact trice for getting support on this, but they kick me out when they realize standard answers do not help here.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I have followed all the links and everything they sent me but although my university papers are still valid i get no chance to upload them.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;If i follow the links in the software where it says: renew your license i get to a page where i need to put in my login data. It looks like this:&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;span class="lia-inline-image-display-wrapper lia-image-align-inline" image-alt="Skanda_UNI_0-1711450586131.png" style="width: 600px;"&gt;&lt;img src="https://forums.autodesk.com/t5/image/serverpage/image-id/1341893iDC89B5E71FD1E2EC/image-size/medium?v=v2&amp;amp;px=400" role="button" title="Skanda_UNI_0-1711450586131.png" alt="Skanda_UNI_0-1711450586131.png" /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;As you can see there would be a possibility to upload the verification from my university.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;But as soon as i put my login data there. It opens this pop up window:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;span class="lia-inline-image-display-wrapper lia-image-align-inline" image-alt="Skanda_UNI_1-1711450678921.png" style="width: 600px;"&gt;&lt;img src="https://forums.autodesk.com/t5/image/serverpage/image-id/1341894i9270D6A470DD224B/image-size/medium?v=v2&amp;amp;px=400" role="button" title="Skanda_UNI_1-1711450678921.png" alt="Skanda_UNI_1-1711450678921.png" /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;i put in my mail adress and my password for my student autodesk account.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;then i immediately get to this page without getting the chance to put my data in it.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;span class="lia-inline-image-display-wrapper lia-image-align-inline" image-alt="Skanda_UNI_2-1711450761529.png" style="width: 600px;"&gt;&lt;img src="https://forums.autodesk.com/t5/image/serverpage/image-id/1341897iB60B0C0C41545FD5/image-size/medium?v=v2&amp;amp;px=400" role="button" title="Skanda_UNI_2-1711450761529.png" alt="Skanda_UNI_2-1711450761529.png" /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;It says that im confirmed, but the software says otherwise.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;And the support also said i need to upload the details of my university. but i cannot do this due to all these popup windows.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Can please somebody help i need to finish the project and the time is running out.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Please read carefully before you send me the standard links. i write this, because the support team did that 3 times.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;thank you&lt;BR /&gt;Cheers&lt;BR /&gt;Skanda&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;I've looked up your cases - I can see two cases, one of which is still open and the other (closed) referring to the open case. Education Support have said they will issue an account reset and I'd recommend waiting until that has gone through, now you have confirmed that you are happy for the support team to do so.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Please feel free to reach out to me if you have any further issues, I'll also be keeping an eye on the case,&lt;/P&gt;
