    <description>&lt;P&gt;A prompt asking me to complete export screening process appeared and I tried to complete this screening process but realized that as an Educational Account, I'm unable to chat live agents or open a case regarding the export screening process (which doesn't make sense since the export screening page instructs us to either chat or open a case while our educational accounts don't have the means to do so). So how can we actually complete this screening process without the ability to contact Autodesk for support in any manner? Could anyone open a case for me?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
