How to see actual serial number for my Student Revit 2023 license subscription?

How to see actual serial number for my Student Revit 2023 license subscription? I am having issues signing in through my autodesk id but it seems to advance further though the launcher with serial number. Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

After Installing, When launching Revit 2020-2023(student) i am met with 2 errors after trying to sign in with my autodesk ID. Both "License Manager is not functioning," and "The Clock on your computer is wrong," prevent me from being able to sign in and cause the program to close. I have tried the immediate solutions that can be found and nothing has worked. What should i do?

I have tried switch to different year,

tried a clean uninstall,

empty %temp% folder route,

and a few more and nothing had worked. any and all advice would be greatly appreciated

Autodesk doesn't use serial numbers any longer. It's all about your sign-on Name and Password now.

Were you able to be resolved by @barthbradley

You should just have to sign in ( unless you are still on a network license for a bit more)

if the Sign in option isn't working or it's missing from the activation let us know.

I am having a sign in issue. I've NEVER had to sign in (& don't want to). I've always used S/N to 'log in' to the 3 autodesk products I have installed for students (AutoCAD, Revit, Inv Pro) in a virtual desktop server environment (20+ students can log in per server; & I have 15 servers). 2mos ago, I was able to log into my server with the products installed, open it, choose to use S/N option, click the Activate button, then the product opened without issue. Just today, I am now beginning to get login prompts. None of my engineering students have autodesk accounts, nor should they need them. They should just be able to open the product & upon initial usage when the window prompts to 'Activate', just click that button & be good. Is this an issue I should contact support about? I don't mind reading more on any login changes that occurred if you all have any links/resources. Thank you!

i am a student practicing at Weymouth college, I have been confirmed for eligibility to use your product (Revit 2023) until January 2024 however when I open up the software and put in my account credentials as requested I am met with a message saying that i do not own a license to use this product, have tried to use serial numbers etc also and to no evail, if anyone can give any advice it would be greatly appreciated.

Also, you shouldn't have a serial number anymore, you should be able to just sign in with your Autodesk ID to activate it

Depends on how you have licensing set up. We are an Educational institution, and use a VDI infrastructure, so for us, we use the "serial number" option. Most of the time, users don't have to enter the S/N, but sometimes they do. It's no big deal to get/use the S/N. Just look in your account for it under the given software; then, enter it on your system, then you're licensed.
