Changed Education Establishment

Hello. This year I changed my education establishment. I started a course in a new university (Royal College of Art London). I am unable to change my record on Autodesk to show the new university. When I came to renew my education licence and uploaded a document from the new university, there was a mismatch. There was a mismatch between the name of the university on the document and the name or the university on my Autodesk record.

I am unable to contact Autodesk to make them aware of the problem. Is there a way.

Is there a way I can change the education establishment on my record so there is match with the document.
