ı try to take dynamic analysis for my project. But ı can not take results. I have 2 model for project. The first one has not mesh for slab. I can taking dynamic analysis for this. But i must to mesh slab. When ı mesh to slab ı can not taking dynamic analysis.

The first project has many mistakes abouth period values. I maked model my bridge on sap2000 for check dynamic analysis. The results on SAP2000 bigger abuoth %50 than Structure Bridge Desing. I think this problem abuoth mesh to slab. But i can not take results when ı meshed slab.

When ı click on dynamic analsys this screen opening, and it is quicly closed.

Hi,

Thanks for sending your model - it looks very good.

The modal analysis in ASBD is very good but not particularly efficient with memory so I think your problem is with the memory settings within the application. The memory allocation in the analysis module is not dynamic and relies on allocating a certain amount of memory before the analysis begins. The default values are often sufficient but sometimes, for larger models, the values need increasing. This can be done using the "options" menu item to change the values. I have changed them to those shown below and I get a full solution. I checked the mode shapes for the first 10 modes and they look good.

I have other question. How can ı define wind effect, break effect on model?

İs there a way to describe these effects?
