&lt;UL&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Open the Registry Editor&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Rename the following key to something else:&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\Autodesk\Structural Bridge Design&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Start Autodesk Structural Bridge Design.&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;/UL&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Please let me know if this helps. &amp;nbsp;It would also be useful if you attach the fil that caused the issue.&lt;/P&gt;

      <title>Cannot open Autodesk SBD 2017 after installation</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Dear Support&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am using windows 8.1 and my computer is 64 bit. I have installed Autodesk Structural Bridge Design, education version. For the first 2 days it worked perfectly. I&amp;nbsp;was trying to save a model&amp;nbsp;when I received a error message, "floating error". After that&amp;nbsp;I could not open SBD anymore. I can see the SBD icon&amp;nbsp;on my desktop, but when I double click on the icon, nothing happens, no error message, nothing.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;How can I solved this&amp;nbsp; issue? Thanks for your time and help.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
