      <description>&lt;P&gt;Thanks&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It's important because you obviously need to add the lateral load to the gravity cases. &amp;nbsp;It's a bit useless otherwise.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Tony&lt;/P&gt;</description>
