Hello everyone,

I would like to model a purling with a canteliver at one of its end. (see picture below). I have applied a gamma angle of 1,68° to the purling and an offset of 250 mm. The beam of which the purlin sits, has also an offset (if that is relevant in any way).

What should the release between the purling and its support be?

Moreover, I am gettin an instability type 3 at the end of one of the purlin (and if I delete the cantilever part, I get the same instability to the next purlin and so on)

How to get rid of this instability?

Can't seem to be able to attach the model.

Thanks a lot in advance,

Jules
