Vow can I solve this problems

There is a problem with distributing the reinforcement due to the bar spacing or the support width too small for bar anchorage. The anchorage settings can be modified in 'Span Reinforcement Anchorages' dialog box opened from the 'General' tab in the 'Reinforcement Pattern' dialog box

I've reverted every setting to default put this message still shows up.. sir if you have any other ideas tell me how to avoid it.

Could you make a sketch of reinforcement in a 12 cm wide beam cross section including cover and stirrup diameters and bend radius for your intended reinforcement distribution please?

I knew My fault

I've changed the 12cm width to 15cm and it's ok

I must inform you that here in middle east specially in the residential buildings it is designed and constructed with 12.5 cm width beams considering

1- 8 mm diameter stirrups

2- maximum of main bars 2x16 mm diameter

3- 25 mm cover both sides

4- finally 2.5 (ish) cm free space and aggregate size less than 20 mm

taking care during the boring in site process with the beams to be good treated.

I'm sorry but will not be able to do this not only because of time constrains but due to the fact that I'm not familiar with the assumptions of your projects. I am designing a b=10cm concrete wall on a strip footing of bf=80cm hf=25cm n h=425 with a span of 3m and to end poles of 25cm squared and length 4m

It keeps giving me this warning
