Creating a diaphragm roof

Good Morning,

Please can someone advise on the best way to create a diaphragm on an inclided roof. Obviously this is a standard construction and stability solution - so I find it hard to beleive ROBOT will not let you model this correctly.

Your help would be appreciataed.

Note: Diaphragms can be generated only on horizontal panels in the XY plane.

so use ordinary panels or create rigid link(s) manually.

Thanks.

However, I am trying to create a diaphragm on a pitched roof. The rigid link will only work if the nodes are not part of another rigid link. How can I create a diaphram in this type of roof?

As Rafal said, use a regular shell panel with a very high E value new created material
