I want to not take into account the weight of the wall, but the derivation of the result distribution the moments went as if there were walls , and not the line.

As far as I understood you : in the left model you modeled walls as wall objects (panels) with their stiffeness ; on the right hand side you replaced walls by "line loads" (on stifffeness). So two not comparable models from the "stiffeness"point of view gives you different results.
If it is not the case please send us \ attach the file to post.

This is exactly what I suspected.
Left model has walls , right with no walls
see the results for case 2 for slabs 1 2 - the same
for cases 1 and 3 where the walls are \ are loaded, results are different on panels 1 2

No, not possible because line has no stiffness
See
http://forums.autodesk.com/t5/robot-structural-analysis/foundation-plate/td-p/6040451/page/2
