    <description>&lt;P&gt;I am also having this issue . On any dialog window the "help" button on bottom right is useless. It looks like it will open the page(hourglass spins)&amp;nbsp; but nothing happens.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Menu Help/Robot Help does not work either.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Only thing that worked is Help/WWW pages/documentation , then it opens a page where a "online help 2016" link is available . But then you have to search the topic you need help .&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Any ideas???&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Is it the same when you set a different one as the default in the system?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Has any internet browser update been installed recently? If yes, will you able to uninstall it and see if this helps?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;With IE 11 installed ,I turned it into default browser and Robot help start functioning . Then I made firefox again as default browser and ... Robot help is still working!!! ???&lt;/P&gt;
