Hi,

My Robot model does not work anymore, It displays a blank page even if the file is 48MB. Has anyone experienced the same issue?

have you tried opening it on "repair mode" ?

Yes. It says that it has been done with a different version of robot, even if it is not true

Andrea,

On the file you sent me directly ,The structure model appears on the file icon ,

but there´s nothing on the file . No bars , no nodes , no panels , nothing.Well at least on screen or tables.

I´m sure the autodesk specialists Artur ,Rafal and Pawel will have an answer for that.

I'm very sorry but the file is corrupted in such a way that it is impossible to recover it. In case you work in such a way that you open the files from a network location to edit a model I'd strongly suggest to copy the file to a local drive first so that any lost of connection with the file location while working on it is prevented.
