Text scale when dealing with large structures

Hello

Hello I am dealing with a fairly large structure (1 floor of a Hotel building - see capture 1) and I would like to be able to present the results for the whole strucure graphically. The problem is the text becomes unreadeable when you are zoomed out(see capture 2) and the leaders jump all over the place. Ideally what I would like is to have the text look like in Capture 3, but also be able to capture the entire strucutre. As it stands right now I can only print the area which is shown on the screen.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

On "Display" you can control the symbol size (Page up/Page down also)
