I wonder if you could solve my problem; I used to have version 2014 with no problem at all ; when I updated to 2016 ; I have a few issues;

first in this version when you go to adds-Ins there is no spread sheets as per 2014version;

secondly I designed a reinforced beam with no errors but when I tried to see printout of the beam note it give only half of the output result as show in the screen shoot; I tried to scroll down but that the limit. ???? how can I get the full calculation.

"Robot Spreadsheet Calculator 2016" is available in Product Enhancements in Autodesk Account. See the screen capture below:

Design combinations for RC beams can be seen in Beam - Diagrams providing "Display diagrams for all combinations" is active in Calculation Options > Advanced.

Hi Paweł,

It is a very strange situation - I'vechecked my Autodesk Account few times, but the latest Robot Spreadsheet Calculator version is 2015.

Why some subscribers can download Autodesk Robot Spreadsheet Calculator 2016 (what about 2017) and some can only download version 2015!?

Please create a support case (see this link) for your Account Management as it seems to be wrongly configured. The 2016 was the last released version.

Thanks Artur for Your reply, but I have no idea what else is missed (if any) in my Autodesk Account!

As You can see... the latest enhancement is completely useless for me, Russian related enhancement for... something!?

Maybe there should be more enhancements paid in subscription plan!

I'm sorry but personally I will not be able to adjust these settings. You will need to discuss this with the right Autodesk Team which you can contact in the way I described in my previous reply. Please let me know if you have any issue with creating your support request.

The Extension you indicated is for AutoCAD.

Artur,

My latest support request was half a year ago... and was related to Revit Structural Connection enhancement not available on my Autodesk Account.

This simple case took 2 months to be solved!

As I understand that You are not able to adjust these settings, but You can help me with the information what other enhancements are missed (if any).

I'm afraid that this problem will be solved again in two months and it will probably solve only this one problem - but maybe there should be more enhancements available for me!?
