Crash on startup

Hello!

Whenever I tried to open Robot comes a white screen page and the programm remains closed. One week ago I used the program and everything was alright..I used recently CCleaner to clean up some files, I thought maybe it has deleted some important FIles, so I decided to reinstall the programm but even after that I get the same problem. What can I do? I already tried the solutions that are here (https://knowledge.autodesk.com/support/robot-structural-analysis-products/troubleshooting/caas/sfdcarticles/sfdcarticles/Autodesk-Robot-Structural-Analysis-crashes-after-a-change-in-Job-Preferences.html) described.

Hi @Anonymous

What is your Robot version?

Try :

uninstall Robot

restart computer

delete this registry (if you have it in the system) : HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Autodesk\Structural\License

install Robot

Hello,

I tried but it doesn't work. The other programs related with Robot run okay, only Robot when doubleclick on the icon then seems to be opened and then white screen and crashed. Any other solution please?

Hi @weiss1993

Have you installed the hot fix file for RSA 2017? If not then you can download and install it.

https://knowledge.autodesk.com/support/robot-structural-analysis-products/downloads/caas/downloads/content/robot-structural-analysis-professional-201702-hot-fix.html

If doesn’t work then try to reinstall the windows of your PC and reinstall RSA with the mentioned update.

Yes I've installed the hot fix but the problem isn't solved and I can't reinstall windows on my pc because i'm working on my thesis therefore I need everyday these kind of programs..I'm trying to cope with some other programs. Thanks anyway, maybe with the next hot fix will come back to life.
