&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Hello everyone! Any recommendation&amp;nbsp;on how to design a composite beam below a deck? Do I need to change the offset of the beam or the deck? Where can I do that.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;If you want to do the offset you have to consider this&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;1- the slab should be shell element&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;2-offset to do for beams (slab cant be offseted on RSA ) &amp;nbsp;as shown in the picture :&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello everyone! Any recomendation on how to design a composite beam below a deck? Do I need to change the offset of the beam or the deck? Where can I do that.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I tried with the composite extension for Robot but when I run calculations out of the extension with the profiles that suggest the extension I have problems with instability in profiles or wrong sections...&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Any recomendation???&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;You cannot use the steel design module of RSA for composite floors as it runs verification disregarding the slab. In fact there is no point as you just designed them in the 'right' way in the extension itself.&amp;nbsp;&lt;img id="smileyhappy" class="emoticon emoticon-smileyhappy" src="https://forums.autodesk.com/i/smilies/16x16_smiley-happy.png" alt="Smiley Happy" title="Smiley Happy" /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I really dont know why RSA dont make design module for composite section inside Robot not by extension (for beams and columns and shear plate walls)&lt;/P&gt;</description>
