Animation gets stuck

All kinds of animation ( deformed shape , Time history,etc) gets stuck. Robot shows the steps/frames being generated and then finally shows the "player" on top letf part of the RSA window , but nothing happens on screen. Strucutre is just deformed on the last frame shown.

.AVI file can be saved and it will be shown on most midia players. Any ideas of what is happenning?

System is

windows 10

Core I5 7400 7th generation

16gb ddr3 1600 RAM

RSA installed on SSD 120gb drive with still 30gb of free space

Works fine on other computer with less memory(4gb) , but larger HD

Any ideas on how to solve it?

Caio, what are your computer specs, hd free space, ram memory, etc?

Hi Rafael!

My notebook´s specs are:

Windows 10

Core I7 5500U 2,40Hz

8gb RAM

RSA 2018 installed on 670GB free space

NVIDIA Geforce 920M (dedicated)

Intel HD Graphics 5500 (integrated)

I´ve already tried using the two video cards but I didn´t succeed.

This seems to be old problem, but still persists.

Is there any solution to run animation in Robot without getting stuck?

Hi @sergey.churilov ,

The workaround is to reduce a window size up to ~640x480 or less and run animation.

I can not reduce the less than 800x600.

With this resolution it is still not working.

Hi Roman , I reduced the window to less than 15cmx8cm and it still doesn´t work
