The work flow will start by modeling it then applying loads then analysis then design verification of the members.

Actually I decided to do my btech project on wind turbine tower design. But
I didn't find any model in RSA.
Sir whether this tower shall we design in robot or not. If yes then I'll
start my project.

Designing of wind turbine column and its foundation Could be of course in RSA.

The most important you need to research how to apply the load on the tip of the column correctly and how (is it dynamic load or equivalent static load )

I dont think that will be your scope .

This is will be a scope of mechanical engineers .
