&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I had a look at your model&amp;nbsp; and all problems are due to small geometrical imprecisions . Always be aware when there are large concentration of nodes very close to each other.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;And those above are not causing incoherent mesh error.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Also , I always prefer to mesh large models in stages. After correcting the model Try meshing the slabs 1st , freeze the mesh and then mesh the walls and freeze the mesh.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Always freeze the mesh if it seems OK!!.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Always use at least 4 or 5 decimals for coordinates/dimensions(job preferences/units) . Many times you can only check differences with 8,9 decimals!!&lt;/P&gt;
