      <title>Deferential edge load on cylinder</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I'm designing a foundation for a large cylindrical structure and I need want to convert the wind load on the side of the structure to a couple, but I would like to apply this couple force as a differentially distributed edge load. How would I go about doing something like that?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;If you want to size the foundation I think, it is more simple to determine the tensor at the center of gravity of your fondation and use them for your calculations...&lt;/P&gt;</description>
