When I run the calculation, it gives the warning 'no material'. However, as far as I can tell a material has been assigned.

Hi @Anonymous

Try to use another thickness for the panels or check the panel thickness you have assigned, it seems that something is missing (maybe thickness) as you can see in the object inspector all thickness prop. are N/A.
