&lt;P&gt;My assumption is that you disregard the fact that walls actually move in the horizontal directions and 'drag' the dome.&amp;nbsp; In addition mind the smoothing option stetting for the dome + walls model.&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello every one&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;I have make two model of a dome with the same dimension&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;the first model is a dome supported on a liner pinned support&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;the second model is a dome supported on a circular wall and the wall supported on a liner pinned support&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;when i show the stresses on the dome in the two model&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;The results are different&lt;BR /&gt;what is the reason of this ?!&lt;/P&gt;</description>
